Biography :

Kandace is a 2nd generation real estate agent with 10 years in sales & multifamily housing & 8 years residential real estate. Working with all client needs from Investors, 1st Time home buyers, New Construction, Re-Sale, Land & Probate to name a few. Kandace has a network of lenders, title, real estate lawyer, contractors, inspectors, that she works with to help with the sale or purchase of your property.  As a Kansas City native she is a wealth of information about her hometown!   Kandace is passionate about providing the ultimate client experience by focusing on needs & interest.  Moving can seem overwhelming and she desires to take any pressure off buyers & sellers so the transaction is as seamless as possible.  

Kandace is currently involved in helping a new church plant in Johnson County with future plans of a Bible University.  Kandace is married to Jonathan and has 4 daughters and a son in law.  A beagle named Bella and a Yellow Lab named Scout!
